NMI is a term used by Energy Providers to allocate your plot of land to your meter and network provider - Every property has an NMI Number
You NMI Number is generally found on your Electricity Bill, however you can also obtain this information by simply contacting your Energy Retail Provider.
Why is my NMI Number important to Metro Solar?
Metro Solar requires your NMI Number in order to submit your Grid Approval (if required) to your Electricity Distributor with in your area.
If you require a Grid Approval this MUST be submitted and approved BEFORE your Solar System is installed
The paperwork submitted at this point acts as part of your meter change over paperwork and lends towards the meter change over process.
