Your new system is all about saving energy.

The solar credits on your bill are for the energy that has been generated but not used within the household therefore has been exported back to the grid. Exporting to the grid attracts a credit of $0.08 therefore we recommend you look at changing household habits and utilise the produced energy throughout the day ie: running washing machine, dishwasher throughout. By doing this you could save $0.30 per unit as you are not purchasing electricity but utilising what you generate.

Different electricity suppliers offer different Solar credits; but they only range between 6 to 8 cents per kWh that you export to the grid - shop around for the best deal.

Your aiming to export as little energy to the grid as possible; this will ensure that your are maximising the usage of your system and allowing for investment usage.
