How can I improve communications between the Envoy and the microinverters? Print

Powerline Communications

A level of three or more bars is recommended to ensure strong communication between the Envoy and the microinverters.

To achieve a strong communications, try the following:

Install the Envoy on a dedicated outlet as close to the solar-fed circuit breaker as possible.
Do not plug the Envoy into a power strip or GFDI outlet.
Install ferrite toroid rings, if necessary.
