Envoy Operation

–Web indicates that the Envoy is not connected to the Enlighten website and is unable to transfer collected production data.

Note: Ensure that the location has a working Internet connection to the router being used with the Envoy.

If the Envoy has been on for less than 10 minutes, allow more time for the Envoy to connect to Enlighten. If the Envoy has been on for more than 10 minutes, try the following:

  1. Open a browser and enter the IP address displayed on the Envoy LCD into the address bar. The Envoy Administration page displays.
  2. If prompted for a Username and Password, enter “admin” for both.
  3. Select Ethernet Configuration from the menu on the left.
  4. Under DHCP Setting, select Use DHCP.
  5. On the Envoy, press and hold the Menu button until get new IP address is displayed and release the button.
  6. Once the Envoy is assigned a new IP address, +Web displays.
